And all the products sold by G M Pharma are manufactured by Green Health Care Vadodara Gujarat, Indra Ayurveda Rasayanshala Private Limited. G M Pharma only trades the products made by Green Health Care Vadodara Gujarat, Indra Ayurveda Rasayanshala Private Limited. And in future if any other Ayurvedic product manufacturer joins our company. Then its information will be updated in the website. Other herbs are purchased from farmers and distributors available in the open market and distributed online and offline. We sell pure Ayurvedic medicine and all the medicines are made under the supervision of experts of the manufacturers and all are AYUSH certified. But still G M Pharma is not responsible for any problem occurring with the medicines. We request you to carefully read these Terms of Service (“Terms and Conditions”) and carefully read the privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) set out on the website. The Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy displayed on the website, once accepted by you, become a legally binding contract between the user and the website. The use of the website by the customer, purchase of any product displayed on the website, is a clear indication that you fully agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the ayurvedgm.in website policies.

ayurvedgm (G M Pharma) is currently operating in India. We assure each use of the website that their personal data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone unless the user approves to share it for a certain reason (medical reports and other reports). Further under no circumstances the data shall be misused or shared with anyone.

Severability

Severance If any part of this Agreement between GM Pharma and the Customer is found to be invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement between GM Pharma and the User is binding which indicates that the Customer agrees to the written terms and conditions.

Eligibility of Customer to use Ayurvedagm

Website The User must be 18 years of age or above to use the Website.

The User must register on the Website to order any medicine or product.

The User must check all the details before making any purchase.

The User must check the shipping and billing address properly before placing the order. As change in shipping address cannot be accepted after placing the order.

As this are consumable products there is no return criteria.

As these are consumable products, there is no criteria for return. The product will be returned only if it is torn or damaged upon receipt. No return will be accepted after the sale until then.
